Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for the Essentials Plan as each AI Workforce Hero is customised to fit your specific business needs and requires a substantial setup effort. Please ensure this plan meets your requirements before purchasing.

Service Guarantee:

We guarantee that your AI Workforce Hero will be fully set up and operational within 21 days from the start of the onboarding process. We move as fast as you move, if you are slow in getting us the information we need then it will affect our speed to build your AI Employees. Please be efficient so we can do our job exceptionally well. Our team is committed to ensuring that you get the support you need to maximise the value of this service.
